You can pay for your monthly or annual CineSend subscription with any major credit card. In-app purchases can be paid for with a CineSend gift card or credit card. Enterprise plans can be configured with consolidated monthly invoices and paid for by check or wire transfer.
Each plan includes a fixed number of screener link credits each month. This number of available screeners resets with your billing period each month. If you need to send more links, you can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional screener credits for a fixed price.
All plans are pre-paid and automatically renew at the end of your billing period. Monthly plans renew each month, annual plans renew each year. In most cases, subscription charges will post to your credit card on or around the same date, unless there is a billing irregularity as a result of a declined transaction.
You will be notified if you go over your storage capacity. During a 30-day grace period, you will be required to either upgrade your account to the next plan level or delete files from your account. If this grace period ends without any action taken, your account will be locked and you will only be able to upgrade your account to retrieve your files.
You can change your plan at any time. If you downgrade to a lower plan, your existing plan will remain active until your next billing date, at which time your account will be switched to your newly selected plan.
If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the pro-rated difference in cost between your old plan and the new plan for the days remaining in your billing period, and you will be placed on the new plan immediately.
